Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating exceptional communication skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across various job functions and hierarchical levels (National Sales and GSO).
• Employing a proactive problem-solving approach and standardising processes, e.g., case prioritisation, cross-country working teams, developing feedback frameworks, and implementing escalation/feedback forms.
• Project and task management: creating SOPs, distributing responsibilities, and defining timeframes for various teams.
• Coordinating and managing the team's daily activities, fostering a productive work environment.
• Providing coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication, driving creative solutions.
• Setting clear and specific goals aligned with organisational objectives.
