We’re looking for a Marketing and Product Analytics Lead (m / f / d) to unlock insights across the entire customer journey - from first click to booking and beyond. You’ll work closely with our Product and Marketing departments to understand how users reach and interact with our website, identify drop-offs, and uncover opportunities to improve engagement and increase conversion. Your work will shape how customers discover, explore, and experience our products.

THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION

As a Marketing & Product Analytics Lead, you will head our insights function across growth and product, leading a team of analysts and steering the strategy for measuring, understanding, and improving customer journeys across platforms. This leadership role involves setting analytical direction, managing and mentoring analysts, and creating a data-driven environment — from attribution modeling to experimentation, GA4, and RFM segmentation.

You will be the key stakeholder for aligning teams around KPIs, driving insights, and enabling smarter decisions.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Analytics Team: Manage analysts, ensure clear priorities, career growth, and engagement. Conduct regular 1:1s and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Define & Align on Marketing Performance Strategy: Develop measurement frameworks, own KPI trees, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize analyses.
  • Turn Data into Business Action: Create impactful dashboards, present data clearly, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Drive Strategic Modeling & Customer Insights: Lead marketing mix modeling, RFM segmentation, and collaborate with Martech and Data teams for integration.
  • Apply Deep Knowledge of Web & Behavioral Analytics: Champion GA4 tracking, reporting, and behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Be a Strategic Partner to the Business: Act as an advisor to Growth, Product, and C-Level stakeholders, aligning analytics with business priorities and translating data into narratives for decision-making.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders
  • Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with data warehouses
  • Expertise in GA4, event structuring, and insights extraction
  • Knowledge of attribution and marketing mix modeling
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Looker, Power BI, Metabase
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnels, experiments, cohort analysis
