Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear technical communication and calm, structured approach under pressure
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, if required
• Fluent English (spoken and written), willing to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility

About the role

As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

You work closely with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.
