  • Lead the AR team to manage administrative and accounting processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Resolve issues related to Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on AR processes involved in migrations.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained.
  • Act as liaison between operational needs and management requirements.
  • Review KPIs daily and weekly.
  • Manage the team's daily needs, including vacations and medical leaves.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in team management is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to monitor productivity and guide your team.
  • Proficiency in Office and SAP.
