Carts Guru is seeking a talented, dynamic, and passionate Account Executive (French Market) to join our team! We are an all-in-one marketing automation software designed specifically for e-commerce stores. Our platform enables e-merchants to combine email, SMS, and Facebook Messenger into cohesive campaigns, maximizing reach and revenue.

Founded in 2017 and based in sunny Barcelona, Carts Guru has grown from a startup to a full-fledged software company. We offer the possibility to work remotely from France or any country within a similar time zone.

Your Role as an Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in 100% sales activities, from meetings with potential clients to deal closing.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  3. Conduct business meetings and demo sessions of our platform for prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate closely with your assigned SDR to close qualified leads.
  5. Understand complex customer needs on both business and technical levels.
  6. Build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  7. Establish trust with customers through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  8. Clearly articulate Carts Guru's value proposition, understanding the competitive landscape.
  9. Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process with support teams.
  10. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using our CRM (Hubspot).
  11. Represent Carts Guru at various e-commerce events.
  12. Utilize best-in-class sales techniques to manage inbound activity and outbound outreach.

Qualifications:

  1. Native French speaker.
  2. At least two years of proven experience as an Account Executive in the French market.
  3. Experience with SaaS, ideally in e-commerce.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities.
  5. Thoughtful approach to customer pain points.
  6. Proficiency with MS Office, Hubspot, or similar CRM tools.
