Formación

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience as a business partner/generalist.

What you'll be doing

At rindus we love people and take care of them. As a Team Captain, you are the central contact for your team members and partners (customers). You are in close contact with the team in rindus and with the partners (customers). With your open, empathetic and friendly personality you manage to keep the balance in the team. Structured and independent work as well as the exchange with other colleagues is a matter of course for you.

  • Establishing and growing a mutually trustful relationship with each team member and the partners (customers) to understand their individual situation, goals, needs and challenge
  • By having a deep insight into each of your assigned team member’s environments, you will be able to balance the individual interests of the single team member with interests of his/her team, the team member’s project and the partners (customers) in accordance with rindus culture and values
  • Your trustful relationship with each of your team members will help you to be early involved in any concern or critical situation that might arise for the individual or the team. You will help to identify root causes of potential upcoming challenges, provide insight and transparency, jointly inspire and align on potential solutions and drive the mitigation process to get to a positive result
  • Support of partners’ team building process (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization
  • Setting up best practices (tools, processes, people management), knowledge sharing with partner teams and partner (customers)
  • Providing proactive constructive input to the internal organization on services and solutions that should be considered for improvement and/or creation
  • Collaborating very closely with the other service orientated internal missions of rindus to ensure team members and partner (customers) satisfaction
  • You will manage key relationship processes like annual performance talks and salary reviews, supporting our partner (customers) as well as our team members, responsibly balancing the various interest
  • You are invited to further develop and deliver successful internal initiatives to engage with and care about our team members, and, by strengthening our rindus culture and values, being an ambassador of our “reason why"

What you'll bring
  • We look for an empathic personality with strong passion for working with people
  • Excellence and proven track record in building empathy-driven relationships, focusing on the individual personality (experience in coaching and/or psychology is a plus)
  • Experience with international companies and candidates is a plus
  • You have proven HR experience as business partner/ generalist level, in a fast-paced, high-growth or progressive environment with ideally a minimum of 5 years
  • You are proactive, with a particular ability to problem solving and understanding of issues in the context of the bigger picture and business impact
  • Self-confidence in communicating with stakeholders, including partners (customers)
  • Ability to identify and effectively communicate issues and commercial opportunities - get things done
  • Good team player and relationships builder
  • Fluent English both oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing
  • The drive to continuously learn and execute improvements of methodologies to build and foster personal relationships and support our team members to grow
