Your impact

Teaching Assistants (TAs) are vital in supporting 25-30 learners in Correlation One's virtual Cybersecurity training program. The TA role spans 25 weeks.

A day in the life

• Mandatory live onboarding session (date and time TBD).
• Program Duration: March 30, 2025 – September 9, 2025.
• Lecture sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00-2:30 pm ET (9:00-11:30 am PST; 4:00-6:30 pm GMT).
• Includes two break weeks.

TA Responsibilities (up to 16 hours/week)

• Participate in live lectures and provide prompt responses via Slack.
• Offer individual office hours at flexible times.
• Collaborate with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors to enhance the learner experience.
• Host review and lab sessions to support learner progress.
• Respond to learner inquiries within 24 hours.
• Attend weekly TA meetings with C1 staff.

Your expertise

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Cybersecurity with a related degree or approved credentials; if no degree, then at least 2 years of experience.
• Previous remote teaching or learner support experience preferred.
• Postsecondary degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Certification: Must hold a CompTIA Security+ certification; CySA+ may be considered.
