Formación

• Doctorado en Relaciones Internacionales o campo similar es un requisito indispensable.
• Experiencia en enseñanza y supervisión en Relaciones Internacionales o campos relacionados.

Responsabilidades

• Impartir cursos de Relaciones Internacionales a nivel de BA y MA.
• Supervisar proyectos finales de estudiantes y realizar investigación en el campo.

Conocimientos

Proficiencia profesional en inglés (C1)

The position involves teaching courses on International Relations at BA and MA level as well as supervision of students' final projects. The candidate is also expected to conduct research on specific topics within the broader International Relations field and take on organizational tasks within the Faculty.

We offer:

Joining the International Relations team of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the Donostia / San Sebastián campus. The salary will be based on the experience and skills of the successful candidate and in line with the professional career development of the Teaching and Research staff at the University of Deusto. The expected starting date is September 1st, 2025.

Requirements

• A PhD in International Relations or a similar field and level of qualification as well as full professional proficiency in English (minimum level C1) are indispensable minimum requirements.
• Accreditation as a Private University Professor (PUP in Spanish) by a Spanish accreditation agency or commitment to obtain this during the first years of employment.
• An intermediate level of Spanish, or willingness to obtain this during the first years of employment.
• Teaching, supervision and tutoring experience in International Relations or related fields.
• Academic publications and participation in competitive research projects in International Relations or related fields.
