About the gig: We are currently looking for a dynamic, talented, and experienced Teacher Assistant for our AI Engineering bootcamps for one of our customers. We seek passionate individuals about AI and sharing their expertise with aspiring product designers. As a Teacher Assistant, you will help lead, inspire, and educate participants in Artificial Intelligence, helping them develop the skills needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field.

Bootcamp Schedule and Details:

• Dates: Various start dates from February through June.
• Format: Part-time bootcamp with classes held three weekdays from 6PM to 9PM and three Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM.
• Contract type: Freelance
• Duration: 15 to 16 weeks.
• Content: Focused on "AI for Leadership" and "Applying AI."
• Language: Spanish; fluency is required.

Responsibilities:

• Helping students achieve their goals.
• Overseeing and mentoring their work daily.
• Assisting the Lead Teacher with materials and exercises.
• Briefing and passing knowledge weekly among teachers.
• Overseeing the overall academic experience of the bootcamp.
• Providing weekly feedback to the team.
• Organizing icebreaker activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Generative AI, etc.
• Fluent in Spanish; classes will be in Spanish, with all communication in English.
• Passion for AI and knowledge sharing.
• Desire to make an impact and a learner mindset.
• Empathy, patience, and compassion.
• Positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Excellent communication skills and engaging presence.
• Organized, reliable, open to feedback.
