Overview : We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our global implementation team for the final phase of a major rollout. This 17-week, fully remote contract offers experienced EC specialists the chance to troubleshoot, optimize, and document best-practice processes in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Go-Live Support : Provide functional and technical support during the final phase of the SuccessFactors EC rollout.
• Issue Resolution : Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, system gaps, and configuration errors.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge Transfer & Documentation : Create clear user guides, configuration documentation, and “how-to” materials for administrators and end users.
• Autonomous Delivery : Operate independently in a fully remote setup, proactively managing tasks and driving project momentum.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consulting.

Implementations : At least one complete full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation (design, build, test, deploy).

Technical Proficiency : Configuration of Foundation Objects, Job Structure, Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules.

Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend scalable solutions.

Remote Collaboration : Proven ability to deliver results autonomously in a 100% remote environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams / Zoom.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.

Contract Details

Duration : 17 Weeks

Workload : 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Location : Fully Remote – work from anywhere (Global applicants welcome)
