Ficosa in Barcelona is seeking a Tax Specialist to support and execute procedures ensuring group tax compliance and assist the International Tax Responsible.

You will review regulations across jurisdictions, oversee tax positions, and monitor reporting obligations, with a hybrid work setup and a strong emphasis on accuracy and data.

The role requires a Bachelor in Business/Finance/Accounting, at least one year in a similar role, and solid Excel skills; experience with SOX is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations across jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Verify tax implications of commercial, financial, and intercompany transactions.
• Calculate, review, and document tax positions related to direct and indirect taxes.
• Oversee timely fulfillment of recurring tax compliance and reporting obligations.
• Supervise GRC controls to ensure correct application of SOX tax policy in the group.
• Review group tax budgets and strategic plans.
• Settle the accounting and tax information from group companies.
• Prepare, control and monitor fiscal reporting of foreign companies with SOX compliance.
