Ferrovial Agroman SA is seeking a tax professional to support documentation of related-party transactions and transfer pricing information returns in Spain and in other jurisdictions where the Group operates. You will assist in tax analysis and in tasks related to tax management, control, accounting and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will have a law and business background with a Master’s in Tax Advisory and a strong English level.

Formación

• C1 level of English required.
• Knowledge in accounting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business required.
• Master’s degree in Tax Advisory preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in documenting related-party transactions and transfer pricing information returns in Spain and other jurisdictions where the group operates.
• Support tax analysis of projects across jurisdictions and provide recurring tax advice to the business.
• Assist in tax management, control, accounting and budgeting tasks.

Job Description

Your tasks will be:

• Support in the documentation of related‑party transactions and in the preparation of transfer pricing information returns both in Spain and in the rest of the jurisdictions where the Group is present.
• Support in the tax analysis of the projects developed by the Group in the different jurisdictions in which it operates as well as to the provision of recurrent tax advice to the business.
• Support in tax management, control, accounting and budgeting tasks.
• Assistance in tasks related to tax inspections and litigation both in Spain and in the rest of the jurisdictions where the Group is present.
• Support in Corporate Income Tax compliance, as well as other taxes both in Spain and in other countries.
• Provide support on additional matters handled by the Department, as required.

Our ideal profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business.
• Master's degree in Tax Advisory.
• C1 level of English.
• Knowledge in accounting.
• User level management of application programs in Windows environment: MsOffice, Word, Excel, Copilot or other IA tools, as well as legal and tax databases. Management of SAP is an asset.
