We are looking for a Configuration Engineer (m / w / d) to join our team in Getafe or Seville.

Your tasks will include :

• Continuous coordination with all the involved stakeholders in the Full Change Process (FCP): Design Offices, Procurement, Chief Engineer, Airworthiness, Customer Services, etc., to ensure correct configuration and implementation of the changes in accordance with Program decisions.
• Management of a correct product structure using ECDB / APS / PDM Link tool securing a correct modification stacking.
• Management of scheduled and dedicated meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to review the follow-up of ongoing topics, new changes, and blocking points resolution.
• Ensure on-time and quality deliveries of all modification documents.
• Work Units delivery management, reporting to Airbus and Sogeclair managers.
• Configuration matters support for any stakeholder involved in the FCP.
• Follow-up agendas for A330 and A350 programs and minutes of meetings on CMOM side.

About you :

• Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in the aerospace sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Familiarity with Airbus internal processes.
• Optional: Experience in SA / LR / A350.
• French would be a plus.
