A leading legal firm is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join their dynamic team, providing legal counsel to international clients with a focus on tax issues in Africa. This remote position requires significant travel up to 6 months per year, offering a competitive salary based on experience and a performance-based bonus. Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in tax law, ideally including international law firm experience.
• Ability to prepare technical memos quickly and clearly.
• Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our team under an exclusive service contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, advising international clients and contributing to key projects across various regions.

Location : Remote (with occasional travel to our offices in Africa and South America)

Salary : €3,000 - €5,000 gross per month (depending on experience) + Performance-based bonus (15% of collected billings)

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft technical memos efficiently and provide high-level legal advice on tax matters.
• Advise clients on complex international tax issues, with a focus on African markets.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored tax solutions to clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant fiscal regulations and laws.
• Travel for professional missions up to 6 months per year to our offices in Africa and South America.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years of experience in tax law, ideally including experience at an international law firm .
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to prepare technical memos quickly and clearly.
• Extensive knowledge of African tax systems and international taxation principles.
• Fluent in Spanish , English , and French (both written and spoken).
• Availability to travel frequently for professional missions (up to 5 months per year).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
