As an ambassador of Global Blue Refund added value services, the holder of the position is responsible for welcoming and engaging travelers, reaching exceptional standards of customer care excellence, and taking care of travelers throughout a unique and exclusive customer experience. They provide consistent and exceptional customer service in keeping with the spirit of quality and excellence of Global Blue.

In addition, they will refund (cash & non-cash) Global Blue Tax Free Cheques and assist travelers within the range of customs clearance.

  • Ensure an optimal level of attention to tourists.
  • Provide explanations and details to complete the process.
  • Ensure an excellent experience for VIP customers.

2. Commercial

  • Promote and explain the benefits of ongoing campaigns to tourists.
  • Provide quality and consistent service by identifying customer needs and working on customer relations.
  • Understand tourists' needs and interests and build loyalty by offering personalized advice on GB products.
  • Contribute to the development of our business by identifying and reporting opportunities.
  • Focus on results to meet Merchants' expectations and pursue targets.

3. Refund and issue Tax Free forms

  • Issue tax free forms requested for purchases made within El Corte Inglés (ECI) Group.
  • Handle refunds in cash or other payment methods in accordance with internal Global Blue guidelines.
  • Support tourists by providing related issuing and refund process information.

Training and experience

  • High level of English is required; Russian / Chinese / Arabic is an asset.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation.
  • Ability to communicate and inspire.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and business sense.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
