Mondelēz International is offering a 12-month internship as an internal trainee in continuous improvement in Viana, Spain. You will work on efficiency and waste reduction projects on the production line using TPM methodology. Responsibilities include analyzing and challenging existing processes, tracking KPIs, training staff in TPM tools, and implementing improvement ideas. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in relevant engineering fields and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• University degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Job Overview

• Observe, analyze and challenge existing practices and processes in the plant.
• Track KPIs, identify root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Train and support plant staff in TPM tools.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of Kaizen improvement ideas.

Requirements

• University degree or higher (Agronomic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology).
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Leadership Competencies

• Communication skills and ability to interact with plant personnel.
• Teamwork capability.
• Observation, analysis and listening skills.

Education / Certifications

Degree/Master in a branch of Engineering. English B2/C1. Valued: specialization or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, industrial organization.
