Mondelēz International is offering a 12-month internship as an internal trainee in continuous improvement in Viana, Spain. You will work on efficiency and waste reduction projects on the production line using TPM methodology. Responsibilities include analyzing and challenging existing processes, tracking KPIs, training staff in TPM tools, and implementing improvement ideas. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in relevant engineering fields and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• University degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and analyze existing practices.
• Track KPIs and propose corrective actions.
• Train plant staff in TPM tools.
• Participate in Kaizen improvement ideas.
