Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is looking for a Talent & Wellbeing Trainee to join the People & Culture team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across wellbeing, culture, and the employee experience while working with a fast-growing scale-up.

You’ll support performance cycles, wellbeing initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, and become a friendly point of contact for colleagues, with mentorship from our People & Talent team.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Psychology, Labour Relations, HR or related field.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Available part-time (mornings) with a flexible schedule.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 minimum).
• Proactive mindset with teamwork, communication, empathy, and curiosity about people development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with performance review cycles by helping gather feedback and track development plans.
• Contribute to the wellbeing program and organize health/wellbeing initiatives.
• Help nurture a positive work environment, supporting climate surveys and team-building activities.
• Be a friendly point of contact for employees, guiding resources for growth.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth welcomes and farewells.
