Role overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by driving top-of-funnel candidate engagement. You will identify, source, and screen potential candidates through various channels and internal databases.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using internal databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen inbound applications and assess candidate profiles based on role requirements.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to recruiters or hiring managers for the next steps.
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure clean data and organized pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR management on educational initiatives and benchmarking purposes.

Requirements: Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing for marketing, IT, and C-level roles.
• Global sourcing experience, with a focus on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Experience with various sourcing systems, platforms, and channels.
• Data-driven approach, with experience using ATS, task-tracking, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially for outreach messaging.
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Able to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
