Job Description

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent across various regions, including emerging markets.

Build and nurture a global network of passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline for critical roles.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and personalized interactions by developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.

Conduct thorough market research to identify talent trends and gather competitive insights across different regions.

Attend virtual sourcing and recruitment events, sharing summaries with colleagues.

Prepare and present market intelligence reports to senior leadership and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate records of sourcing efforts, consistently evaluate and refine approaches, and actively collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and effectiveness in meeting recruitment goals.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Experience sourcing candidates across multiple countries and leading labor market intelligence projects.
  • Skilled in utilizing sourcing channels such as professional networks, social media, and recruiting systems to find talent and build lasting talent communities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in building sourcing strategies based on labor market data and confident in driving consultative conversations with business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing an excellent experience to all involved.
  • Fully proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
  • Experience building and maintaining global talent communities.
  • Experience sourcing within the insurance or financial services industry.
