A leading recruitment company in Spain is seeking a talented sourcer to engage candidates for technical roles at a globally recognized tech company. The position involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of IT, proactive attitude, and fluency in Spanish. This role offers a 6-12 month contract with remote work flexibility.

Since 2016, Humeo | Recruitment Geeks has been connecting IT talent with their dream employers. We provide recruitment services for top tech companies around the world, mainly global, well-known product companies like Akamai , Amazon , Dynatrace , or LeoVegas . We work with them in RPO and success-fee models.

ABOUT YOUR POSITION

You will work as an in-house talent sourcer for one of our clients – Akamai – a global tech company responsible for handling around 30% of the world’s internet traffic. Your primary responsibility will be to identify & engage candidates for a variety of technical roles in the fields of infrastructure, DevOps / SRE, cybersecurity, and software development.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively sourcing candidates using all appropriate tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, x-ray, Github, and others) for roles in infrastructure, DevOps / SRE, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Building talent pools for future company needs.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews.
  • Cooperating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to successfully close assigned roles.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT sourcing (agency / in-house).
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the IT industry.
  • Prior experience in sourcing for difficult tech roles (complex, overlapping skillsets, narrow talent pools, etc.).
  • A sense of responsibility – willingness to take full ownership of your processes.
  • Proactiveness in day-to-day work.
  • Fluent Spanish (C1 level).
  • EU citizenship is a must.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

  • 6-12 months contract with possible extension.
  • 100% remote work (feel free to use office space in Madrid if necessary).

HOW DO WE RECRUIT RECRUITERS?

We can complete the whole process (including the offer) within two weeks. It consists of the following stages :

  • Screening call – we’ll tell you about us and our client and discuss your experience (approx. 45 minutes).
  • Short sourcing task to complete at home.
  • Sourcing & recruitment interview – this is our main recruitment meeting, where we’ll talk in detail about your sourcing and recruiting skills (approx. 1.5 hours).
  • Meetings with the client’s team (2x 45 minutes).

All meetings can be held online via Google Meet. At the end of the process, regardless of the outcome, you’ll receive clear feedback.
