We are looking for a Talent & Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, selecting, and developing top talent within the organization. This role is divided into two main areas of responsibility:
- Recruitment: Focused on managing end-to-end hiring processes for positions based in Madrid.
- Talent Management: Supporting global initiatives related to talent development, key positions, and succession planning.
This position requires strong recruitment expertise, a global mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Madrid-based focus)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in Madrid, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- In coordination con Insud recruitment team and HH, source and attract top talent using various channels.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles in Madrid.
Global Talent Management & Development
- Support global talent development programs focused on key positions and high-potential employees.
- Contribute to succession planning by identifying key talent across different regions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and implement retention and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in global employer branding strategies to attract top talent internationally.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to improve talent strategies on a global scale.
HR & Process Improvement
- Ensure data accuracy in recruitment and talent systems, tracking key HR metrics.
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance processes related to talent acquisition and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws (for Madrid recruitment) and global HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition (local focus) and talent development (global focus).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes in Spain, including local labor laws and best practices.
- Experience in global talent development programs and succession planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews and talent assessment tools.
- Experience with HR analytics to track recruitment and talent development KPIs.
