Une entreprise de recherche et développement dans le secteur des plastiques, AIMPLAS, recherche un candidat pour piloter des projets R&D&I. Ce poste exige des compétences analytiques, une organisation forte et une coopération avec plusieurs départements. Les candidats doivent avoir un doctorat en ingénierie des matériaux ou chimie et des connaissances spécifiques en plastiques.

Formación

• PhD dans un domaine lié (ingénierie des matériaux, chimie).
• Connaissances en secteur plastique et processus de transformation.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol.

Responsabilidades

• Fournir des conseils et des services aux clients internes et externes.
• Coordonner avec différents départements d'AIMPLAS.
• Préparer des propositions de projets selon des modèles institutionnels.

In this generic offer, we are looking for people to join us to prepare, develop and execute R&D&I projects, technological services (analysis and testing, technical advice) and technical training for companies.

What you will do :

• Provide services and advice to external and internal clients.
• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments of AIMPLAS.
• Realization of States of the art.
• Prepare offers and job proposals.
• Prepare project proposals according to institutional templates.
• Participate in the realization of the budget.
• Carry out technical developments.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment it handles, including carrying out or supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, internal calibrations, etc.
• Search and select new equipment and / or accessories according to the needs and possibilities.
• Analyze results and draft conclusions and reports.
• Present results.
• Participate in the activities of scientific dissemination, technological foresight, dissemination, and communication.

Your profile

• You have high analytical skills, organization, strong communication and influencing skills, initiative, creativity, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership skills, self-motivated, and able to independently lead. You are a team player, people-oriented (cooperation and empathy).
• You have a degree, preferably a PhD in the related fields : materials engineering, chemistry, or an equivalent combination. Additional requirements : valuable specific Master's degree in plastics materials.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge in the plastic sector and their transformation processes (ATL, AFP, SMC...). We are looking for a versatile profile with great business development capacity and experience in the execution of R&D projects.
