Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2–C1 level or higher).

We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our Talent team and help us continue driving Octopus Energy’s growth in Spain. While your main focus will be on talent acquisition , we’re looking for someone with a 360º vision who’s eager to contribute to other areas such as employer branding, culture, onboarding, and training.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers and teams across departments to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • Lead end to end recruitment processes , from sourcing strategy and first outreach, to interviews, feedback, and offer management
  • Proactively source top talent for key roles , using our tools (like Lever) and your own creative methods
  • Own the candidate experience , ensuring it’s exceptional at every stage and consistent across multiple roles
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics , sharing insights to improve hiring effectiveness and team performance
  • Collaborate closely with our international Talent team to align strategies, share best practices, and drive collective success
  • Contribute to (or lead) impactful Talent projects across culture, onboarding, training, and more especially the ones you’re excited about
  • Support with day to day tasks : posting job ads, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, managing contracts… we all pitch in!

What you’ll need to thrive

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to hire top-tier and senior-level talent , including executive / C-suite roles.
  • Passion for creating a world-class candidate experience, you care deeply about people, their motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Experience working with ATS tools (we use Lever) and a data-informed approach to hiring.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in ambiguity, you're hands-on, solutions-focused, and full of ideas.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you know how to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Superb organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, you can juggle multiple processes without missing a beat.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2–C1 level or higher).
