Overview

EY GDS Spain in Malaga is seeking a data analytics and onboarding professional to support clients in choosing suitable business solutions and contribute to digital transformation. The role includes designing onboarding dashboards, analyzing employee data, and supporting recruiting activities as part of end-to-end onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework
• Interpret employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends
• Work on scheduled and ad-hoc HR onboarding metrics dashboard and report requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
• Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates
• Manage compliance and audit related activities
• Project management/coordination
• Support recruiting activity (approximately 50% of time): end-to-end process

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent
• 4 years of hands-on experience with the onboarding end-to-end process
• Hands-on experience to perform and produce analytics
• Experience in Power BI
• Experience in managing projects and deployments
• Hands-on experience with compliance/audit activities
• Ability to interrogate and interpret data, spot errors or anomalies
• Strong belief in data-driven decision making and commitment to accuracy and quality
• Experience managing internship programs and Campus activity
• Project management, client management, and solutioning skills are advantageous
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors HR system is a plus; familiarity with Agile methodology
