Formación

Following a thorough training, your tasks will include but not be limited to :

  • Source new candidates using various platforms and methods.
  • Select and call candidates, organise and conduct HR interviews, and prepare technical assessments.
  • Keep the internal database up to date, ensuring compliance with Company policies and GDPR standards.
  • Accurately escalate and follow up on applications.
  • Provide constant feedback to candidates.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to maintain high communication levels between teams and management.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc HR tasks and follow-up post onboarding of new hires.
  • Participate in events with consultants to foster a positive working atmosphere.
  • Previous experience or internship in HR or Recruitment is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fast learner and proactive approach.
  • Methodical and organised mindset.
  • Fun and team-spirited.
  • Ability to adapt to high-pressure work demands.
  • Languages : English, Spanish, French, or German are valuable assets.
