Etnia Barcelona is seeking a Talent Manager to lead learning, development and key People initiatives that support our international growth and high-performing culture.

You will design and run learning & development programs, manage the LMS and digital learning experience, drive leadership development and collaborate with managers to strengthen capabilities across the organization. Fluent English is essential to work across our global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or HR Projects.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and learning initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
• Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs.
• Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience.
• Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
• Lead strategic People projects and HR programs.
