Etnia Barcelona is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to attract exceptional talent while supporting key People & Organization initiatives that contribute to our international growth. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and countries.

You will partner with managers, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, strengthen our employer brand, support onboarding, and participate in People projects and culture initiatives.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or People & Organization.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in broader HR topics beyond recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and countries.
• Partner with managers to attract and select top talent.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
• Support onboarding and key People processes.
• Participate in People & Organization projects, policies and initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture and organizational development activities.
