Formación

Job Description

  • Partner with leaders and the People Team to identify development needs across the organization
  • Design and launch L&D programs aligned with business goals and team-specific challenges
  • Apply instructional design principles to create :
  • eLearning courses
  • Microlearning content
  • Blended learning solutions
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including :
  • Interactive courses
  • Videos
  • Simulations
  • Assessments
  • Introduce innovative learning formats : AI tools, Slack bots, microlearning, gamification
  • Manage and optimize content delivery through LMS platforms and other learning technologies
  • Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) to build engaging digital learning experiences
  • Track and measure the impact of development programs using data and analytics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on instructional design and eLearning development
  • Experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Business-oriented mindset — ability to connect talent growth with organizational goals
  • Expertise in authoring tools such as :
  • Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM / xAPI standards
  • Experience in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive learning solutions
  • Languages : Ukrainian (native), English (B2 level)
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with gamification, VR / AR, or AI-driven learning tools
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry
