United Search offers a unique career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a key role in the professionalisation and development of the recruitment function within a leading international company in the food industry, currently undergoing a phase of global expansion and organisational transformation.

Manage and support the Talent Acquisition Specialists team.

Oversee and streamline the collaboration with external recruitment agencies.

Structure, track, and ensure visibility across a high volume of ongoing recruitment processes.

Drive operational excellence through recruitment KPIs, process optimisation, and regular reporting.

Personally lead the most strategic recruitment processes.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Contribute to the development of global Talent Acquisition processes, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5–6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • able to handle high recruitment volumes effectively.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); confident using KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, flexible, and eager to grow within a transforming HR structure.
