Location : Remote work, with flexibility across various cities depending on the territory.

About the Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist provides expert clinical support and training on the Farapulse system to physicians, lab staff, and sales teams, helping to meet and exceed business goals.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing clinical support during procedures, troubleshooting, and system/software development assistance.
• Educating customers and internal teams about the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attending hospital lab cases to support and develop the Farapulse system.
• Training and providing feedback to development and sales teams regarding products and procedures.
• Traveling to meet with clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their clinical goals.
• Building relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales and support.
• Responding to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.

What we are looking for :

• Recent biomedical graduates or professionals with experience in electrophysiology.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical information.
• Fluent in the local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• Adaptability to a dynamic marketplace.
• Strong team orientation, relationship-building skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated with influencing skills.
• Flexibility, persistence, and willingness to travel extensively.
