Job summary

blu, a Pan-European recruitment agency, seeks a Recruitment Intern to source candidates across Europe, conduct interviews, and present top talent to clients. You’ll represent blu, develop client relationships, and explore market opportunities while embracing AI tools to speed up sourcing and improve matching.

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, based in Barcelona, fluent in English with an additional European language (Dutch preferred), and eager to grow in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Student status: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a 6–month internship agreement.
Based in Barcelona and ready to join the city-center office.
Fluent in English and an additional European language (Dutch preferred).
Strong people skills and enthusiasm for tech-driven recruitment.

Responsibilities

The Hunt: source candidates, conduct interviews, present to clients with quality-focused results.
The Face of blu: manage client relationships and understand client needs.
The Explorer: perform market research to spot new business opportunities and expand our footprint.
The Tech Enthusiast: integrate AI tools to speed sourcing and candidate matching.
