Job summary

blu, a Pan-European recruitment agency, seeks a Recruitment Intern in Barcelona to drive the end-to-end hiring process across Europe. You’ll source candidates, interview, and present top fits to clients while learning to use AI tools to accelerate sourcing.

As the Talent Architect in Training, you’ll join a vibrant office in the city center, gain real responsibility, and benefit from a €600 base salary plus performance bonuses for demonstrated results.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and can provide a formal internship agreement for 6 months.
• Based in Barcelona and able to join the city-center office.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language (Polish preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across Europe, conduct interviews and present to clients with a quality-first mindset.
• Manage client relationships and understand their needs as the focal point of blu.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and help expand blu’s footprint.
• Actively integrate AI tools to speed up sourcing and improve candidate matching.
