Enertis Applus+ in Madrid is seeking a Talent and People Operations Specialist to join our People team. You will support recruitment, onboarding and people analytics to drive talent development.

The role covers employee lifecycle, HR policy maintenance and cross‑functional HR projects in an international, hybrid work setup with flexible hours.

Formación

• About 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a generalist HR role.
• Relevant internships or placement experience will be considered.
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment processes with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist onboarding and integration for new employees.
• Support performance review and talent development processes.
• Support employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers and departures.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• Maintain talent databases and people-related metrics and streamline HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Support local and international HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.

What will you do?

• Process Improvement & HR Projects
  • Maintain talent databases and people-related metrics, helping finding opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Support local and international HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources is desirable.

Experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Interest in HR analytics and people data.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
• Fluent English
