Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to build and professionalize our talent acquisition function from the ground up. We need a hands-on expert who can design and implement efficient hiring processes while ensuring we attract top-tier Go-To-Market (GTM) and tech talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategy, scaling the team, and supporting our hypergrowth phase.

What You'll Do

  • Build and professionalize the talent acquisition function at Genesy, establishing efficient and scalable recruitment processes.
  • Develop and execute a hiring strategy to attract top Go-To-Market (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and Tech (Engineering, Product, Data) talent.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize hiring speed and quality.
  • Source and engage with top talent through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Design and oversee a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Establish and track key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.), continuously optimizing processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and tech communities to enhance our hiring pipeline.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles are embedded in our hiring approach.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a mix of consulting and in-house startup experience.
  • Proven track record scaling teams in hypergrowth startups, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven companies.
  • Strong experience hiring for both Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, CS) and Tech (Engineering, Product, Data) roles.
  • Deep knowledge of best hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build processes from scratch while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing leadership and hiring managers.
  • Passion for startup culture and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level).

Barcelona-based or willing to relocate and work from our office 5 days a week (with flexibility when needed).
