Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment is desirable.

We are focused on our clients’ activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.

We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Technician for our project, in Barcelona.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Direct contact with internal clients to understand the recruitment needs and priorities;
  2. Manage all the steps of the recruitment process, since the first contact with the candidates till the Job Offer presentation;
  3. Be the focal point to provide information and guidance to Hiring Managers;
  4. Manage the relationships with candidates and all information gathered during the recruitment process in order to create a strong database;
  5. Provide KPIs and market information in order to define the best strategy to find the best talent;
  6. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
  7. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Profile requirements:

  1. Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a similar degree;
  2. At least 3 years proven experience in recruitment (Desirable);
  3. Skills such as customer and goal orientation, great communication, team player attitude, market knowledge and capacity of setting priorities will be evaluated;
  4. Fluency in English written and spoken;
  5. Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint);
  6. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
