We’re looking for a sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

You'll be a key player in our growth at Commerce Core by sourcing and securing top talent and guiding candidates through a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and recommend process improvements;
• Screen resumes and applications, approach actively potential candidates and conduct initial screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders;
• Utilize various tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.

WHAT WE EXPECT :

Proven experience in recruitment;

Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and e-commerce trends and the job market would be a huge bonus (if you are familiar with PPC, Performance Creative, Strategist roles - let us know);

Ability to deliver recruitment projects on time and switch between different positions;

Proactive mindset and eagerness to achieve great results;

Effective communication and negotiation skills;

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
