DolarApp is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to build a world-class GTM and Operations functions. You will work closely with the founders and other Talent Acquisition Specialists to execute hiring strategies and develop the recruitment function from scratch, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent globally. This is a critical role with broad impact and opportunities to make a significant difference.

What you'll do

1. Hire top talent: Collaborate with co-founders and executives to define roles, hire the best candidates worldwide, and develop hiring playbooks.
2. Act like a founder: Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
3. Think like a PO: Own recruitment KPIs, analyze data, and make strategic hiring decisions.
4. Develop and implement talent programs: Work with Talent Leads to execute hiring plans and establish scalable initiatives for growth.

What you'll need

• Proven success in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment.
• Fluent in Spanish for sourcing and hiring candidates in Latin America.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with outreach to passive candidates (agency or sourcing background preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• High EQ to understand candidate motivations, assess cultural fit, and promote DolarApp's mission.
• Exceptional organization skills to manage candidate pipelines with attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness in leveraging LinkedIn and networks for sourcing.
• Team player mindset, resilience, and a track record of closing successful hires.
