Job summary

Geely Auto International – Europe Business Unit in Madrid is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to support recruitment across European markets. Successful candidates will be permanently based in Madrid and primarily support recruitment in Spain while assisting other European markets as needed.

The role supports Geely’s multi-brand operations in Europe, including Geely and Zeekr, with potential short-term travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, executive search or HR.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Fluent English as a working language.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Manage screening, interview coordination, candidate pipelines and offer-related activities.
• Build and maintain talent pools for priority roles.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams across countries and brands.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable local laws, company policies and data protection requirements.

About The Role

As our European business continues to grow, we are hiring multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Successful candidates will be permanently based in Madrid, primarily supporting recruitment in their base market while also supporting other European markets when needed.

The role supports Geely’s multi‑brand operations in Europe, including Geely and Zeekr, and may require short‑term business travel within Europe.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets;

Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, executive search or HR;


• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders;


• Fluent English as a working language;


• Strong communication, adaptability, learning agility and problem-solving skills;


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment;


• Willingness to travel within Europe, with some trips potentially lasting up to approximately 2–3 weeks;


• Ability to work on‑site five days per week;


• Legal right to work in the selected base country.

Preferred

• Spanish language capability;


• Chinese language capability;


• Cross‑border European recruitment experience;


• Experience in automotive, technology, mobility or other international industries;


• Direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
