We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team in Spain. The role is based either on the Costa Blanca or the Costa del Sol, so it is important that you already live in one of these regions.

This is a key position where you will help shape the future of recruitment at Nordic Talent. Together with our clients, you will identify, attract, and hire the best talents – people who truly make a difference.

What you will do
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes, among other things, collaborating with hiring managers, creating and publishing job advertisements, actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Plan and lead start-up meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and expectations.
  • Actively source candidates through Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networks.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and effective communication throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute recruitment expertise to secure highly qualified, motivated, and versatile colleagues.
  • Ensure a fast, professional, and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal stakeholders by being proactive, solution-oriented, and exceeding expectations.
  • Keep all tracking systems, databases, and administrative tasks accurate and up to date.
What we are looking for
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience of the full recruitment process, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Comfortable using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
  • Experience with Teamtailor is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and structured.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
