• Recruitment : Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution.
• Candidate assessment : Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
• Interviewing : Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability.
• Pipeline Pro : Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
• Business Partner : Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
• Trend Spotter : Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
• Employer Branding Champion : Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on Social Media.
