3. Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
4. Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability.
5. Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
6. Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
7. Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
8. Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on Social Media.
