Requirements

  • At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English; business proficiency in German.
