A global design firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment efforts. The role requires fluency in Thai or Japanese, with a background in architecture or interior design. Formación

  • 1-5 years of experience as a recruitment researcher or 360 recruitment consultant.

About this role :

Our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team is expanding and currently seeking a Thai / Japanese speaking recruitment specialist with experience in the design industry to join our team. This position offers a fully remote work environment while being an integral part of our global team.

Job Summary :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility is to fill current openings within the company. This includes actively introducing HBA and our Brand Partners to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Compile competitor lists.
  • Research and source candidates from various channels.
  • Draft job descriptions.
  • Screen and interview applicants.
  • Shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Arrange interviews and negotiate final offers.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Architecture, Interior Design, Communications & Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent or native proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluent in Thai or Japanese.
  • International education or work experience is highly preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience as a recruitment researcher or 360 recruitment consultant in an agency.
  • Proven track record of filling positions within the architectural and interior design industry.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Successful placement record.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to communicate with stakeholders outside your time zone.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines when managing multiple vacancies.
  • Collaborative team player, both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
