What you will do in this role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Perform the selection process interviews (telephone, personal, testing)
  • Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the Project Manager / Supervisor
  • When necessary, prepare summaries of suitable applicants to send to customers
  • Inform candidates about the results of interviews
  • When necessary, prepare a formal written proposal for the position
  • Collect documents from new employees and give them the company rules, policies, and safety information before the starting date
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the new employee's start date
  • Enter new employee information into the database and prepare their onboarding forms

  • Are proficient or bilingual in English
  • Have a high level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess previous experience in HR recruitment in a multinational environment (desirable)

  • Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
  • Salary: 19,000 – 24,000 euros gross/year OTE
  • Great office location in Barcelona with possible hybrid work (2 days in office, 3 days at home)
