Apex Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our European Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets, collaborating with senior stakeholders to attract top talent and support business growth.

You’ll source actively via LinkedIn Recruiter, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience managing full lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offers.
• Strong sourcing ability with direct sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or jurisdictions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple European locations and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive direct sourcing initiatives and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support business growth across Europe.
• Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
• Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, financial services, technology, or operational roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or jurisdictions would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday and AI platforms like Copilot
• English and Spanish speaking
