Apex Group is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing European Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid setting. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and attract top talent across multiple European markets, delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience.

Ideal candidates have agency experience, strong sourcing skills, and a track record across corporate, financial services, technology, or operational roles.

Formación

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
• Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, financial services, technology, or operational roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or jurisdictions would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday and AI platforms like Copilot English and Spanish speaking

• Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and making a direct impact on business growth.
