As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the People and Culture team to help CoverManager attract and hire the right talent based on the needs of our teams.This position will really fit someone who has a true passion for people and puts our candidates' experiences at the center of everything they do.

We Are Looking For a Person With Experience In...

  • Working in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • English B2/C2 (Advanced Level)
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify, plan, and address recruitment needs
  • Working with advanced sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Personio or similar software.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by overseeing and improving their journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer branding strategies.
  • Administrative tasks related to the position.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in an effective and timely manner.
