Your role?

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions.
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients.
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

What would make you a great candidate?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
