The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we hire the right talent to support our business growth. While this will be your primary focus, as your role evolves, you will also contribute to employer branding, internal communications and shaping our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, talent pools and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent.
  • Talent Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, define role requirements and drive strategic hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, helping new hires integrate seamlessly and become productive quickly.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track, analyze and leverage hiring data to refine our recruitment strategy, optimize processes, and improve time-to-hire.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and scale our hiring operations, ensuring we stay agile as we grow.
  • Stakeholder Management: Guide, coach and train hiring managers on interview techniques, best practices and market trends to improve hiring outcomes.
  • ATS & Tools Management: Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain an efficient and structured hiring process.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates, keeping a robust pipeline ready for future needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to help us remain competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Develop and execute strategies to position NexGen Cloud as an employer of choice, including job descriptions, social media campaigns, recruitment events or employee success stories among others.
What You Bring:
  • Proven track record of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth tech startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience hiring across Technical, Sales and Business roles, with a direct sourcing mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing extensions—you know how to find top talent!
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • A passion for candidate experience and employer branding, ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously, prioritizing efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
  • A data-driven approach, using analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve hiring strategies.
